Directed Action, Inc started in 2005 with a commitment to building a values centric organization. Shannon Keane, CEO and Kevin Keane, COO had the idea of growing a business designed to support C-suite leaders of large corporations. The idea that “how” Directed Action did business was more important than “what” we accomplished became a central tenet of the organization. More than just a strong focus on the “how” was a commitment to a set of values that remain in place today.
Directed Action, Inc retains that vision of a boutique consulting firm. Our team of consultants helps our clients lead their own way through strategic transformation. As Directed Action has grown and deepened its client relationships, our projects have grown in complexity and scope. Expanding from the Los Angeles headquarters, Directed Action added an office in Plano, TX.
